“If it’s doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.“
As the Year of the Earth Pig opens, the UP ISSI Director, Dr. Aleli B. Bawagan, gave a challenge to all the management and staff of ISSI to be physically fit and to have a healthier lifestyle: the Biggest Loser Challenge 2019. It aims to inspire everyone to lose weight and to have an active lifestyle for this year, with Mr. Neil Grimaldo of Training and Entrepreneurship Education Division heading the Health and Wellness Committee.
Complementing this activity is the regular aero dance and zumba sessions every Tuesdays and Thursdays, led by Ms. Krystel Maisie Soria and Mr. Marvin Manlapas. The 30-minute dance sessions bring a smile and sweat to whoever would join the fun activities, aside from bringing you closer to a better version of yourself.
Everyone is invited to join us and be part of the aero class every Tuesday and zumba session every Thursday.
