UP ISSI Training Programs
UP Institute for Small-Scale Industries is set to open the year 2020 with three training programs this 1 February, 2020.
The 120th Managers Course (MC), 57th Accounting for Non-Accountants (AfNA) and 19th Strategic Human Resource Management (SHuRE) will simultaneously welcome this Year of the Metal Rat on Saturday from expected MSMEs participants and even regular companies belonging to top 1,000 corporations of the country.
The Managers Course, the flagship training program of the Institute, is now on its 120th run and is considered the longest running program of the Institute. It has been consistently evolving its curriculum to keep up with the times, giving the cutting edge information and competency to MC participants.
The Accounting for Non-Accountants is being given by the Institute to those individuals with no accounting backgrounds, to better explain and apply the principles, basic tools, and techniques of the accounting process.
The Strategic Human Resource Management, is for aspiring and competent HR professionals, trainors, MSME owners and entrepreneur. The SHuRE course is designed to provide tools and practical knowledge, skills and attitudes to be an effective HR leader.
The MC program runs for 21 Saturdays while the SHuRE and AfNA are held for 6 Saturdays. All participants that will successfully complete the attendance and other required output (IOSA, Back-Home Action Plan or Case Studies) are assured of the excellent training by the premier training provider of the country.
