Engr. Ma. Luisa Solarte-Lee (in white shirt, first row), a University Extension Specialist from UP ISSI, with partner RGMA Network, Inc., promotes entrepreneurship all throughout the country, one barangay at a time.

The RGMA Network, Inc. and the UP Institute for Small-Scale Industries inked a partnership to deliver a two-hour seminar every Saturday in selected barangays in Metro Manila and nearby towns. The partnership started in 2016 and is now on its third year of implementation. This partnership is part of the DZBB Super Serbisyo program of the said Network.
