UP ISSI’s Business Enterprise Development Division (BEDD) provides enterprise counseling through entrepreneurship advisory services, enterprise innovation through the Integrated Organizational Survey and Assessment, technology-based business innovation and incubation for start-up enterprises, as well as technical advisory aimed to support the advancement of enterprises.
