The mandate of the Information Technology and Enterprise Innovation Division (ITEID) focuses on three major tasks: promote the Institute to the general public, provide ICT-enabled services and make library resource materials easily available.

Charter
The Information Technology and Enterprise Innovation Group has the responsibility, authority and accountability of promoting the Institute to the general public, of providing information and communications technology-enabled services both to the Institute and the general public, and of maintaining a collection of resource materials in the library.
