As the premier policy think tank on innovation, technology entrepreneurship, quality and productivity improvement, UP ISSI, banking on its more than 45 years of training entrepreneurs and developing enterprises in the country, is implementing an incubation program to nurture and advance the development of technology-based startups via the Institute’s Technology-based Business Incubation and Innovation (TBII) Center.
UP ISSI also follows an incubator framework in setting up the TBII. It begins with opportunity identication, followed by business planning, incubation, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and ends in a logical framework analysis.
For those interested to become part of UP ISSI’s TBII, applicants may download the brochure here and the manual here.
