UP ISSI joined last Friday the whole UP Diliman community in ushering in the holiday season through the celebration of the annual lantern parade. Led by its officer-in-charge Dr. Fidel R. Nemenzo, UP ISSI staff dressed in black and yellow shirts came with their balloons and banners to also celebrate the Institute’s 50th founding anniversary.
