UP ISSI joins the lantern parade under the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Development (OVCRD).
The UP Lantern Parade 2018 with this year’s theme: “Paglaot, pagdaong” was held last December 14, 2018 at the UP Academic Oval.
