3rd Human Resource and Industrial Relations (HIRe) for MSMEs to open this April

The University of the Philippines Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP ISSI) will be conducting the 3rd Human Resource and Industrial Relations (HIRe) Course for MSMEs for six (6) Saturdays, from 15 April to 20 May 2023, at 9:00AM-5:00PM, through a classroom delivery mode. 

The HIRe Course provides an opportunity to enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants in implementing effective and efficient strategies on the HR aspect of the participants’ respective enterprises.

During the six-day training program, the participants will learn essential topics including 1) Recruitment and Selection; 2) Compensation and Benefits; 3) Training and Development; 4) Performance Monitoring and Evaluation; 5) Promotion and Succession Planning; 6) Establishing Effective Employer-Employee Relations; and 7) Philippine Laws Related to the HR Practice.
