Improving Professional Communication Techniques (IMPACT) Course
QUEZON CITY – After a three-year hiatus since the pandemic, the Improving Professional Communication Techniques (IMPACT) Course will return on April 15 – May 20, 2023 in the pool of training programs of the University of the Philippines Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP ISSI) through a face-to-face mode of delivery.
The course aims to enhance the participant’s oral and written communicative skills to deliver information in a business-like manner using the English language.
“This program will help the participants become more effective in their communicative skills and elevate prowess in engaging with stakeholders, thus creating bigger impact in their respective organizations,” said Ms. Joanna Rose T. Laddaran, the program manager.
The six-day training program will cover the (1) Introduction to Communication, (2) Effective Written Communication, (2) Developing Business Writing Techniques, (3) Understanding Business Letter and the Business Language in various platforms, (4) Understanding Business Reports, (5) Skills and Techniques in Report Writing, (6) oral Communication in Business discourse, (7) Principles and Steps in Oral Presentation and (8) Mastering the Art of Delivery.
