ISSI opens 3 training programs this February
Last Saturday, February 3, 2024, UP ISSI warmly welcomed participants to the 128th Managers Course (MC), 66th Accounting for Non-Accountants (AfNA), and 76th Productivity through Effective Supervision (PES) Course at the Institute’s Open Plaza.
The opening ceremonies for these three programs were simultaneously held, with each event led by the respective Program Management Teams. Joanna Rose Laddaran served as Program Manager (PM) and April Joyce Yumul as Program Coordinator (PC) for PES; Ron Allan Estrebillo (PM) and Krystel Maisie Soria (PC) for AfNA; and Maria Fe Reyes (PM) and Kimberly Alo (PC) for the Managers Course.
Engr. Rolando Ramon Diaz, head of the Training and Entrepreneurship Education Division of ISSI, delivered a welcoming message to the 91 attendees of the three programs. Ms. Laddaran also shared a brief history of ISSI as a research and extension unit of the University of the Philippines.
The PES and AfNA programs will run until March 9 (6 Saturdays), while the MC is scheduled to conclude on June 9, totaling 21 Saturdays.
