To increase the awareness of productivity among young people in APO member countries, the program highlighted topics on fundamental concepts of productivity, tools and techniques on productivity enhancement, youth development and participation in economic development, use of Generative AI on productivity, and designing productivity programs for the youth.

In addition, the training included site visits at Mongolia Foundation for Science and Technology, APU Company, and Gobi Cashmere Company to witness and understand better the implementation of the productivity tools and techniques and the production and operation lines involved in each organization.

The site visits served as basis of the participants in creating their group reports and their productivity program designs for the youth which they can use in their respective countries as projects.

Last 2023, the APO featured the return service activity of Mx. Villanueva in Baguio City where he and Ms. Rocel Bajet from the Commission on Higher Education Main Office conducted learning sessions among student leaders.
