Levelling-Up of Innovative Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources-based Startups/Spinoffs thru Promotion, Assistance, and Development (LIPAD) is collaboration project spearheaded by the Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST PCAARRD). The project is DOST PCAARRD’s Technology Commercialization Team’s response to the entrepreneurial challenges of AANR-based startups/spinoffs and incubatees of the DOST PCAARRD-supported Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubators in commercializing their technologies. It aims to provide mentorship and other intervention measures to thirty-two startups/spinoffs to become sustainable enterprises.
